Question: okay so what are some things i can place in a healthy diet? and what is an exercise i can do at home 2 burn fat?
what is a list of stuff i can consume while maintaining a healthy diet?
and what is a fat burning exercise i can do at home?
will skateboarding burn fat?

Burn more calories then your cosume is a sure way to lose weight. I recommend buying p90x or getting a gym membership. Cardio Cardio Cardio is so important.

    Anything you do (movin) Will burn fat. You need to do cardio and strength training to get into shape. Remember muscle weighs more than fat so you may not lose much weight but you will look good after awhile. Cardio is like running, biking, hiking, swimming, anything that gets your heart rate up. Strength training, involves a full body workout. Squats/lunges/static squats/leg raises etc for legs. Bicep curls/tricep dips/lat pull downs/chest presses,etc for upper body. If you search strength training excercises in google or yahoo then you will get more ideas and learn how to do them right. Also you can ask a personal trainer at a gym or if you go to school ask a coach or gym teacher.

    Skateboarding can burn fat as with any activity that gets you out and about and that gets your heart rate up. Also try running, swimming and other outdoor activities that you enjoy.
