    When you lift something too heavy for you, but you can still pick up, your arms shake. It could also be something you’re eating and have allergies. You could always start with something smaller to get in shape and then move onto the big guns/heavier stuff.

    IT happens. The more you train, the less noticeable it becomes.

    It happens because not all your muscle fibers are “switched on” simultaneously when you flex a muscle. They switch on and off during a flex. The more neural adaptation you have to weight lifting, the more muscle fibers you can ‘turn on’ at any given time (reducing the shaking).
